What does it mean when the stamp or die I want to order is preceded by `PRE-ORDER`?
When a product is preceded by 'PRE-ORDER' it indicates that the item is not currently in stock, but has already been ordered from the supplier. Your order therefore will be shipped as soon as the item is in stock. If you mix 'Pre-Order' items and ones that are already in stock, your total order will be shipped together at the later date. Should you want the in stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
How do the "Mini" stamps differ from the regular Magnolia Stamps?
The size is much smaller averaging 1 3/4" to 2" tall instead of 3 1/2" to 4" tall for the regular stamps. The Mini stamps are unmounted. The regular images have EzMount.
You state the Mini stamps are "unmounted" what does this mean?
"Unmounted" means the stamps are rubber alone. We recommend you use a product like 'Tack N Peel'. This is placed on a dedicated acrylic block making the surface sticky. The rubber stamp temporarily sticks to the acrylic block.
Where are your products shipped from?
Orders for USA or International destinations are shipped by US Postal Service from Blaine, Washington, USA. Orders to Canadian addresses where "Table Rates" shipping option are selected are mailed from Langley, British Columbia, Canada using Canada Post.
What are your International shipping options?
Since international postal rates can be expensive, we offer some less expensive options. However, less expensive options can lack insurance coverage in case of loss in transit, take a little longer and limited tracking.
- First Class International Mail - this is the least expensive option. It offers no insurance for loss in transit, takes a little longer (4-6 weeks for some countries) and offers limited tracking.
- Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope This method is faster (usually 10 - 14 days) but still offers no insurance. Tracking is available but still some what limited once it leaves the USA (maximum $125.00).
Our lost mail experience is extremely low and most customers choose the First Class International Mail option if offered.
Why are there no recent issues of the 'Magnolia Ink' magazines available?
Märtha Å Edwin AB, the company that produces Magnolia Stamps, Dies and Magazines stopped producing the 'Magnolia Ink' magazines in 2013 with the 'Seabreeze' issue being the last.
Why is the delivery time for the DooHickey Club Kits so long?
Märtha Å Edwin AB, the company that produces the DooHickey Club Kits announces the new kits up to three months in advance. As an incentive for advance payment by a certain date, they include an extra free exclusive die. Most of our customers want this extra free exclusive die and pre-order the DooHickey Kit by this early date. You do have the option of waiting to place your order until the kits have been received by us, but you are not guaranteed the extra free exclusive die.
Shipping and Handling Policy
Magnolia-licious shipping and handling rates were designed to be as reasonable for our customers as possible. USA and International shipments are made from Blaine, WA 98230 . Canadian orders will be shipped from our Canadian office using Canada Post. The actual shipping time will depend on the post office. We are NOT responsible for items lost in the mail but will do our utmost to help locate them if at all possible.
Summary: We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $75.00 for US addresses and over $100.00 for Canadian addresses. United States and International orders are shipped from Washington State. All Canadian orders are shipped from BC, Canada.
International orders usually take 10-14 days in transit, but can be longer depending on Customs involvement before delivery. International customers are responsible for any foreign customs duties and/or taxes due on delivery. To have order tracking and insurance for International orders is quite expensive and costs a minimum of $45.00 for Express International Shipping.
Authorization for Return or Replacement
To obtain Magnolia-licious's authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply call 1-778-386-9486 email us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 30 days of purchase.
All refunds are given as Store Credit to your Account with us.
Non-defective merchandise must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.
